HOMGE CNC Machine Vice with 160 mm jaw width and clamping range 0-250 mm

Compact machine vice for light / medium machining tasks on CNC machines. Made of high quality steel and with the patented MULTI-POWER SYSTEM which doubles the clamping force. The vice can achieve a maximum clamping force of 4500 kg, and the patented system ensures repeatability of the clamping force.

• The guide rails are hardened to HRC 50.
• The vice is made of cast steel GGG60 which ensures maximum precision and durability. The body is also made in one piece which means that the deformation is less than 0.01 mm with a clamping force of 4500 kg!
• Thanks to the ANGLE-LOCK SYSTEM, workpieces are held down and tightened precisely during clamping.
• Clamping force can be set by means of a ring and therefore makes it possible to quickly repeat the same desired clamping force.
• The vice can be used horizontally, vertically and sideways.
