The hydraulic machine vise in the HV series from Diesella is a hydraulically operated vise that provides precise and secure clamping of workpieces during machining on milling machines, drilling machines, CNC machines, and similar equipment.

Hydraulic clamping delivers a high and consistent clamping force without requiring great physical effort.

It is well-suited for series production, where workpieces need to be clamped quickly and uniformly, and it also reduces the risk of the workpiece loosening during machining.

• The clamping force can be monitored and adjusted using a scale on the clamping unit.
• Depending on the model size, a clamping force of up to 6500 kg can be achieved.
• The vise is made of cast iron, and all wear parts are ground and hardened to 42 HRC.
