The mechanical machine vise in the HV series from Diesella is a mechanically driven vise that provides precise and secure clamping of workpieces during machining on milling machines, drilling machines, CNC machines, and similar equipment.

Mechanical clamping ensures reliable and stable holding without the need for hydraulics or compressed air.

• The clamping force can be monitored and adjusted using a scale on the clamping unit.
• Depending on the model size, a clamping force of up to 6.500 kg can be achieved.
• The vise is made of cast iron, and all wearing parts are ground and hardened to 42 HRC.
• Accuracy: Parallelism 0.02 mm / Perpendicularity ±0.02 mm.
