NOGA Handle type SC1300 for scraper blades type D50 and T80

Noga introduces a new handle that can accommodate D50 and T80 scraper blades. The blade is located inside the handle, and when you turn the top part of the handle, the blade will pop up and be ready for scraping. For better safety, the blade can only be exposed when the tool is facing downwards.
