Quick-Action Machine vice 198x320 mm with hydraulic clamping (QHV-200)

The mechanical-hydraulic vice in the QHV series from Diesella is a mechanically driven vice that, thanks to a hydraulic unit, makes it easy to achieve the full clamping force.

The hydraulic cylinder absorbs vibrations during machining and thus increases precision, while the clamping force remains constant.

• The clamping force can be monitored and adjusted using a scale on the clamping unit. In addition, the vice is equipped with movable jaws that can be quickly moved to 3 different opening ranges.
• Depending on the size of the model, a clamping force of up to 7.000 kg can be achieved. The vice is made of cast iron, and all wear parts are ground and hardened to 42 HRC.
• Accuracy: Parallelism 0.02mm / Verticality ± 0.02mm.
