SHINE 5000X-HD AIR + PAPR welding helmet with True Color ADF and TH3 powered air

The SHINE 5000X-HD AIR + PAPR set is a complete powered air welding system for professional MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA applications. The True Color OLED auto-darkening filter with 1/1/1/1 optical class, four arc sensors and a 100×60 mm viewing area provides stable darkening and a sharp, high-contrast view of the weld pool.

The AIR-prepared helmet is combined with the SHINE PAPR blower unit, certified to EN 12941 class TH3 P R SL. The PAPR unit supplies filtered air at three flow rates (170/200/230 l/min) with automatic monitoring of airflow, filter load and battery status on the LCD display. High-efficiency P3 filtration (99.996 % at 0.185 µm) and a soft flame-retardant face seal provide respiratory protection designed for full-shift work in welding and grinding environments with fumes, dust and airborne particles.
