Thread Ring Gauge MF 20x1 (Go) Tolerance 6g (DIN ISO 1502)

Precision-manufactured thread ring gauges for inspection of external metric fine threads (MF). Used for verifying thread compliance with ISO standards during production and quality control.

Available as GO and NOGO ring gauges. The NOGO ring is marked with a red circle. To pass inspection, the GO ring must pass completely over the full thread length without applying excessive rotational force. If not, the thread does not meet the required standards. The NOGO ring must not be manually turned more than two full turns onto the thread without excessive force. If it can be rotated further, the thread does not meet the specified tolerance. Reference temperature for both parts and gauges: 20°C.
