SHINE SPARX Double MG+PAPR Welding and grinding helmet with TH3 respiratory protection

The SHINE SPARX DOUBLE MG AIR + PAPR is a flip-up welding and grinding helmet set with a passive mineral glass lens and an integrated powered air system for MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA welding. MG stands for Mineral Glass: a standard 90 × 110 mm welding filter supplied in DIN 10 that can be replaced with any other DIN shade as required. 

The AIR-prepared SparX Double MG shell features SHINE’s side entry air duct that directs the airflow from the side, reducing air directly in front of the eyes and improving hose routing and mobility in confined spaces. Together with the close-fitting face seal, the system achieves an inward leakage below 0.2 %, which in combination with the SHINE PAPR blower unit gives EN 12941 TH3 classification – the highest level for powered air respirators with loose-fitting facepieces.
